Where our story began

The Bali Food Safari adventure began in 2013 with a pair of passionate foodies on holiday, looking for a way to encounter a variety of restaurants and all the tastes from Bali’s diverse foodscape on those few precious nights away from the kids. Simon Ward and Gael Ward returned to Perth, working on establishing tour for friends and family to try all his recommended restaurants in one evening of culinary decadence, with the business quickly spotlighted by high profile outlets.

Now, Bali Food Safari operates from a dedicated office on the island of the gods and a team of safari hosts offering adventures in multiple languages. We’re mighty proud to offer the number one food experience in Seminyak, Jimbaran and Ubud and hope to welcome locals, visitors and everyone on our mystery dining tours, featuring some of the best restaurants of Bali.

Giving back with what we can  

We are very proud to be supporters of the team and children of Bali Kids, with part proceeds and donations from tours going to this worthy cause. Founded in 2006, Bali Kids provides care, medical treatment and health education to orphanages and other children across Bali to improve the quality of life for generations with a dedicated clinic and training programmes.
